1. Introduction
RE/MAX Grand Properties, operated by GOLDEYE REAL ESTATE SERVICES (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), respects the privacy of clients, property owners, business partners, website visitors and individuals interested in real estate business opportunities. This notice describes our personal-data practices under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances.

2. Personal Information Collected
We may collect names, telephone numbers, email addresses, locations, property preferences and budgets, property or listing information, and communications submitted in connection with sales, leasing, property management and other brokerage inquiries. For recruitment and business-opportunity inquiries, we may collect contact details, location, educational background, work and real estate experience, licenses or accreditations, and other information a prospect voluntarily supplies. We may receive these details through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Instant Forms, direct messages, calls, emails, and any inquiry features actually enabled on our website. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless specifically requested for a lawful purpose.

3. Website Analytics and Cookies
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic and improve the site. Depending on configuration and consent settings, GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers and collect website interactions, pages viewed, traffic sources, browser and device details, and approximate location. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses, although IP addresses may be processed temporarily in providing the service. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or phone numbers to GA4. Other cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking plugins, if any, must be identified and reflected in this notice before publication. 4. Purposes and Lawful Bases
We process personal information to respond to inquiries; provide real estate brokerage services; communicate about requested properties or services; evaluate interest in a RE/MAX Grand Properties professional business affiliation; contact interested prospects personally; arrange discovery meetings; maintain business records; comply with legal obligations; protect and operate the website; and analyze website performance. Depending on the activity, the lawful basis may include consent, action requested before entering a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, or legitimate interests that meet applicable legal requirements. We do not currently plan automated email marketing. Any future unrelated direct marketing will require an appropriate lawful basis, including separate consent where required.

5. Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms
Our initial recruitment campaign will invite interested people to submit inquiries through Meta Instant Forms. Authorized RE/MAX Grand Properties representatives will use submitted information to contact them by phone, message, or email, discuss the business opportunity, and, where appropriate, arrange screening and discovery meetings. An inquiry is not an employment application or a guarantee of affiliation. Meta may separately process platform data under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ . The Instant Form should link to this published Privacy Policy and display a concise collection notice at the point of submission.

6. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed, as reasonably necessary and legally permitted, to authorized office personnel, relevant RE/MAX network representatives for agreed affiliation processes, parties needed for requested real estate transactions, technology and hosting providers, email and analytics providers (including Google and Meta as applicable), and competent authorities when required by law. Appropriate contractual, organizational, and security safeguards will be applied where relevant.

7. Security
We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical safeguards, including limiting data access to authorized persons, to protect information against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration and disclosure. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Actual website storage, hosting, access controls and form-routing practices should be confirmed with our developer.

8. Retention and Disposal
We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as otherwise permitted or required by law. For unsuccessful or inactive recruitment/business-opportunity inquiries, our proposed operational retention period is up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction, subject to approval and implementation of our retention procedures. Transaction, tax, contractual and other records may require longer lawful retention. When no longer needed, records will be securely deleted, anonymized or disposed of.

9. International Processing
Google, Meta, website hosting, email or other service providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. We will take steps appropriate under Philippine data privacy law to protect information handled through these services.

10. Data Subject Rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, individuals may exercise their rights to be informed, access information, correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, request erasure or blocking where applicable, data portability where applicable, damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn subject to applicable limitations. We may reasonably verify identity before fulfilling a request.

11. Third-Party Websites
Our site may link to external real estate portals, social media, and other third-party websites. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which visitors are encouraged to review.

12. Changes
We may update this policy when technology, site features, service providers, processing activities, or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this website.
